Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods, processing times may be extended slightly - but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your parcel is late, please allow 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us, as delays may occur with courier services.
If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, please email us within 7 Days of the delivery date so we can investigate.
Incorrect Address
CHiLL Clothing is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately - we will try our best to help before order is shipped.
