At CHiLL Clothing, we want you to love your order.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in:
- Brand new condition
- Unworn & unwashed
- Free from deodorants, makeup, tan & marks
- In original packaging
- With hygiene stickers still attached
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different side or colour, please return your item for a refund and place new order.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at returns@chill-clothing.co.uk
Include your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
We will reply with the return address and further instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.
We recommend using a tracked service - CHiLL Clothing cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3-5 business days for inspection
- Up to 5 business days for your bank or provider to process the refund
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, email us within 7 days of receiving it with clear photos.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Sale items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
